In the event there is damage caused during shipping, you must notify us via wild.child.collectives@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. You must provide detailed photos of the packaging (paper wrap, etc), damaged product(s) and the shipping box. We will immediately file a claim with the shipper.  The product replacement will ship within 7 business days from receipt of proper documentation.
