Shipping Policy and Return Policy

SHIPPING:
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $75. Processing takes between 2-10 business days, not including weekends and any major US holidays. Shipments are expected to arrive within 2-10 business days from the shipping date within the US and 10-20 business days internationalply. Shipments are fulfilled Monday thru Friday during normal business hours 9am to 500pm (Eastern Standard Time) excluding major holidays. All orders received after 4 pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders received on Saturday after 12 PM EST will begin process on Monday. Unfortunately, Wild Child only ships to Canada and within the United States. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for lost items.  All shipped orders receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order is lost or stolen please contact your local USPS office or UPS.com to file a claim, make sure to include  your purchase receipt and tracking information.

Here at a Wild Child Collective, we are all about the 3R’s REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE!!!!! Most shipment packaging are reused items. We try our best to show our love to Mother Nature by reusing all bubble wrap, Kraft paper and boxes as much as possible when sending off packages!  

RETURN POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. If an item you purchased arrives to you damaged, you will be required to send photos of the damaged product. We then will gladly replace that exact item. If we can not replace that item in a timely manner we will either offer you another similar option or offer you an online credit for the value of that item.
